Guarantee of the products purchased
The term of guarantee for the products that Industrial Shields distributes is established by the manufacturers or distributors of the products marketed by Industrial Shields, if it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations, etc. Nor materials that are worn by use. In the case of products manufactured by Industrial Shields, in each case the warranty period of the same and the conditions thereof shall be indicated.
Once the Customer has received the product, they will have an informative leaflet of the product, sufficient instructions for the correct use and installation and all the information about the guarantee, this information may be redirected to a web page.
Industrial Shields will not be obliged to collect the damaged product and the Customer should contact the Supplier’s After-Sales Service. In this sense, Industrial Shields will carry out the actions aimed at providing Clients that so request the contact data of said service and will provide these information sufficient for the presentation of the relevant claims.
The guarantee will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, in particular, electrical accidents, wear, installation or use not in accordance with the instructions of the Supplier / manufacturer.
Products modified or repaired by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee will not be applicable to the apparent defects and defects of conformity of the product, for which any claim must be made by the Client in question within 7 days after the delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged by improper use.

In the event of a warranty claim for faulty goods being accepted by the Company, claim resolution is by replacement parts only. The Company shall have no liability to the purchaser or user by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition, or other term or any duty at common law or under the express terms of the warranty for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods or their use or resale by the purchaser or user.
