Download the RMA document file, fill in all fields with the requested information and send us the file by email. Once your email is received, our staff from support department will contact you to arrange the return.

Once reviewed the reasons why you want to return the product, it may be that a person from our technical department contacts you to assess if it is possible that there is a configuration error, programming or installation, which is preventing the product from functioning normally.

Download the RMA document file, fill in all fields with the requested information and send us the file by email. We are very sorry for that, but, don’t panic, we will solve it. Once your email is received, our staff from the replacement department will contact you to arrange it.

Once reviewed the reasons why you want to replace part of the product, it may be that a person from our technical department contacts you to assess if it is possible that there is a configuration error, programming or installation, which is preventing the product from functioning normally. If after this review, you still want the replace the product or part of the product, we will inform you, step by step, of how this will work. In a few days you will receive it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
